.Ok believe it or not you have already contracted your rights away. When you are born your parents apply for a birth certificate. What this really is is a contract between you and the usa inc. Your birth cert is registered with the commerce dept because it is a contract. What happened is you contracted your constitutional rights away. Now this is called fraud actually two counts. one you did not know you entered into a contract and two the the terms of the contract were not disclosed to you or your parents. The second half of this is that the US has been at a state of war since the civil war. When you walk into a court room today look at the flag. It has gold fringe. This is the US Army Calvary flag which denotes a state of war. War law is British admiralty law. The supreme court is just what they are called to the public to keep the fraud going. They really are the high court of British admiralty law.I though we got rid of these butt heads   Any way I could go on and on like your drivers licence look at the printing of your name it's all in cap letters.It's a contract and your representing your self as a corporation. Before I go on here I need to look up the rules here before I start out getting in hot water. I guess that's a start for my first real post. after I read some I tell how to be treated as a US citizen in court by telling the truth. The simple fact in the US as a private citizen, unless you damage property or hurt some one else you should never be in court or paying a fine.

I fully agree, we can also throw firearm permits into the mix. Why should we need permits to exercise our god given right that is protected by the 2nd amendment of the Constitution.

There is a suggestion section at the bottom of the forum. Also. there are only a few rules that will get you into hot water around here. The easy way to get out of unconstitutional charges is at arraignment.There are two forms to fill out if you want to go to court and go threw it all but this is the short way. When at arraignment a series of questions will be asked the first of which is " Is your name such and such. Now you are going to answer by telling the truth. Your honour I only know what I have been told{< hear say not allowed in court}. The name that was told to me is such and such. You just denied the name of the corporation. The corp that was set up when you applied for a birth cert. Next they will ask you your date of birth. Same thing I only know what I have been told{denied the start up date of the corp}. The next 4 or 5 questions have to be answered or it is contempt of court. it does not matter whether you answer yes or no as long as after you give your answer you say under protest and duress after each answer to each question. The last question is are you responsible for the charges brought against you. plain and simple NO. your free to go. Now there is more to this like pulling the police officers bond or giving the court a bill for your time. There bond is given to them on their oath to uphold constitutional law. when they send you to court for any thing else but constitutional law there bond is in jeopardy. The best part is they present evidence of it when the file there report. Self admitted guilt. They make no bones about it any more they just tell you what to do like buy health care insurance. Now I looked when all this first started with health care. I could not find one study from any were on how this would affect things and two if you are going to make such a law for it to be legal heathcare should become non profit all included and why we are at it so should all insurance car boat. Also in this country right off the bat we pay %33 in taxes add the taxes on carbon phone gas electric and so on we pay well over %50 and some much more. Now in countries that pay this much tax they get free health care and dental and prescriptions included. they also get free education for all. now you may think I'm nuts but I think our children should start out life as an adult educated,healthy and debt free.
