Lou, if you need the URL to a video, it's right there in the code when you quote the post. See it between the two "Flash" tags I disabled for this little demo? Remember that here we insert the entire URL to a video in the toolbar box, not just the last few digits after the ? like other sites. So it's always there for you to see, copy, and paste into your address bar.

Go to the icon circled in red, and when you click it a dropdown menu will appear with two options. You can enter the URL or the pic you want to post or upload one from your computer. If you choose to upload one, after you click the "Host It" button, a new menu will appear. Select the CENTER HTM string, cut/copy it, and paste it into the post box.
