Judge rules secret FBI national security letters unconstitutional

Saw this on Fox Webpage this morning.

"A federal judge has struck down a set of laws allowing the FBI to issue so-called national security letters to banks, phone companies and other businesses demanding customer information."

Glad a federal judge has weighed in on this but will it really stop them from getting what they want. It seems no matter how hard people fight against our current government they always get what they want. There really does seem to be an awakening going on here in America at the moment. I just hope it carries far and loud enough to really make a difference. It is good to see there are still some in positions of power who stand with the people.
