This cop just comes up to these children playing with a dog and "The children said the dog obeyed the officer's order; however the officer still pulled out his gun and shot the dog." There is more.

Man what a way to instill trust of a policeman to a little child ... I can imagine these children would no longer trust a cop who is supposed to be of assistance and help - NOT traumatize.
Goes to show what we have on the force these days. Animals -people - it doesn't matter.
